Reception loved dressing up and showing everyone their costumes that they wore, to help them become immersed in their new enquiry - ‘How can we help others? 

Reception have been finding out about the emergency services. They know they are the police, fire service, paramedics and coast guards. They now know that if they have an emergency, they need to dial 999. They then acted out scenarios, so they could have a go at making a phone call to the emergency services.
