Breakfast and After School Clubs
Breakfast Club
We have a well established Breakfast Club at Forest Glade Primary School which was set up to support parents with their daily routines in the most stress free way possible, whether that be getting another child to a different school or to get themselves to work on time.
Our Breakfast Club is open to all children from Reception to Year 6 and although it has a cost attached to it to help us provide food for the children, we aim to keep this cost as low as possible, it is currently £2.50 per session.
Breakfast club runs from 8:00 - 8:45 every weekday morning, children attending Breakfast Clusb will need to arrive between 8:00 and 8:15 at which time a register will be completed. If parents book their child into Breakfast Club and they do not arrived by 8:15, our Breakfast Club team will contact them in line with our safeguarding procedures for children who are absent from school.
There is a wide selection of food and drink available as well as fun activities and crafts for your child to take part in.
If you need to book a place at Breakfast Club please contact the school office to see if there are any spaces available and so that your child can be added to the register.
After School Clubs
We run a range of after school clubs throughout the year. These are mainly run by teachers and teaching assistants who volunteer their time and are free of charge, but some are run by external providers which may charge for the club. For charged clubs, school will often subsidise the cost to make it more affordable and, in some cases, will cover the cost completely.
Please see the link below for our proposed after school clubs for the 2023/2024 academic year. Please be aware that these are subject to change dependent on staffing and external providers.
